GoTeam - Hosting and Helping

The CLUB1040 GoTeam from Word of Life Church, Flowood, MS headed to the airport after 9 days in Lebanon. The team traveled from 1 border to the other sharing the love of Jesus.

While in the Beqaa valley bordering Syria they spent the weekend ministering in the local church and visiting refugee camps. The team held a children’s outreach where over 100 children attended the meeting and 108 children lifted their hands and their hearts high to accept Jesus as their Savior.

From the border in the East the team traveled to the Southern border of Lebanon to minister near the blue line. While in the South the team ministered door to door with signs following. A young man 14 years of age was brought before the team for prayer because he couldn’t speak. The team laid hands on him in faith and he began speaking! Glory to God for His faithfulness!

Another answer to prayer for us was the team was full of gifted ministers and an amazing worship team. We were able to arrange a Worship Night for all of our friends and GoChurch team. We were given permission to use a conference hall to host our worship night. This in itself is a huge testimony because this hall is owned by a group that persecuted on our our team after he accepted Jesus. The leader of that group asked our team member to forgive him, then told us, the place was ours and we could do what we want!

During the worship night with hands lifted high we got to witness God moving in the midst of His people, several people were worshipping with their whole hearts, crying out for more of God in their lives, words were spoken over the attendees and people were ministered to individually by the leading of the Lord. It was a beautiful moment to witness, and a great opportunity for us to worship in our own tongue with fellow believers.

(Check out Tabitha Thompsons song on ITunes called Undivided). It is a blessing.
